What we collect

When you buy, we collect your email address, the product you chose, the payment status and the link you came from (for example, which of Kate's pages sent you). We do not receive your card details: our payment partner handles them.

Why

To deliver your purchase, answer your questions, handle refunds, prevent fraud and understand which of our pages people find useful. If you agree, we may also email you new guides from Kate; every such email has an unsubscribe link.

Who else processes your data

• Lavalane LTD (lava.top): payments and delivery of your purchase.
• Cloudflare: hosting of this website and storage of order records.

We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to one year, or longer if the law requires it for accounting.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to marketing emails. Write to hello@katekovac.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. We may store the link you came from in your browser so a purchase is counted correctly.
